Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Golf Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our golf operation, ensuring the highest standards of service and enjoyment for our members. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating a golf programme that is highly regarded by our membership, while managing the Golf Pro Shop and related services to meet the needs of our members. In this role, you will design and promote golf activities, manage club competitions, and ensure green fee and equipment hire targets are met. You will oversee the efficient use of tee times and marshalling, while recruiting and developing a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will also include managing the shop’s inventory, monitoring revenue, and collaborating with the Event Sales Manager to organise golf tournaments. If you are passionate about golf, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy providing an outstanding experience for members, we would love to hear from you.
