The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Golf Operations Assistant to manage the daily operations of our Golf Pro Shop, ensuring its smooth and efficient running.
You will create attractive merchandising displays to maximise sales and provide excellent customer service in line with The Club Company’s standards.
Your responsibilities will include keeping the shop well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. You will work closely with the Golf Operations Manager to meet sales targets and drive the business toward its annual retail budget. Managing customer play, processing bookings, and handling charges for golf buggy usage will be key duties.
You will also promote daily sales and special offers, assist with product selection, and operate the point-of-sale system. You will also monitor merchandise receipt, assist in selecting tournament products, and coordinate with the Course Marshall to ensure efficient operations, providing feedback to senior management.

Experience & Skills Required
- Previous experience in a golf shop environment desirable.

Schedule
- We operate a 7‑days a week business, between 0600 to 2300.
- Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays.
