The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean all areas of guest rooms, including vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, and sanitising bathrooms (toilets, tiles, showers, sinks).
- Strip and remake beds with fresh linens, ensuring mattresses and blankets are in top condition.
- Prepare rooms and bathrooms to meet high standards and report to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale.
- Notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs.
- Assist with vacuuming hallways and manage laundry collection.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to improve and maintain excellence.
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience of comparable work preferred.
Schedule
We operate a 7‑days a week business, between 0600 to 2300. Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays.
