Pay

Base pay range is available upon contact. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Role

Support the daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure a seamless guest experience, assisting the F&B Manager. Supervise dining areas, manage rotas, maintain standards, assist during peak periods, order supplies, and familiarise yourself with our menu offerings. Train the team, maximise revenue, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role.
  • Diploma or higher in hospitality management (or related field) desirable; relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent presentation, strong communication skills, and a customer service-driven attitude.

Schedule

7-day a week business, 06:00 to 23:00. Shift patterns vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours – weekends and bank holidays. Evening availability for functions until 02:00.
