Our Client is one of the UK’s most successful independent property companies and they are looking for a branch manager for their office in Brixton. Area: Brixton, London Company Type: Multi Branch Agency  Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am to 6pm Tasks Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings) Encourage your teams development and progression Strong focus on generating new and repeat business Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies Requirements Success Hungry Thinking outside the box Leading by example A motivation to help others Target driven Articulate and professional Calm under pressure Ability to multi-task Benefits Basic £32.5k + car allowance or company car On target Earnings (OTE commission + basic) £75k+ Excellent continued training Company bene…
