The hotel lounge is currently under renovation and final completion is expected by the end of July 2026. The first stage of this role will be fully focused on the Rebranding projects, so you will be another key person taking care of the official opening of this lounge restaurant along with the Hotel Manager and FB Team. You would be the very first Bartender of The Cloud One Lounge in London and the person monitoring trends, guests' preferences and providing great service either for drinks or coffee.

A lot of energy, enthusiasm, and positivity will be the main elements to work with together! Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following:

  • Providing a seamless, rapid service
  • Helping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager
  • Providing advice to customers and actively selling The Cloud One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget
  • Helping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month
  • Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

  • Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
  • Be open and communicative
  • Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
  • Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
