Job Description

Repairs, paintwork, fire protection, occupational safety – as a technical all-rounder, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will therefore be responsible for:

  • Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation work
  • Monitoring the seamless functionality of equipment, lifts and technical facilities in the hotel
  • Ensuring that all outdoor areas are cleaned and maintained
  • Communicating, liaising and cooperating with external companies, in particular checking any maintenance work
  • Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

Qualifications

You are a hotel professional with manual skills or a tradesperson with a passion for the hotel industry? You will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

  • Have completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience of one or more trades/building maintenance or be looking for a change of career
  • Be open and communicative, pay attention to detail and be interested in technology
  • Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
