The Cloud One hotels in London are seeking an experienced Front Office Agent for a 196-room property, currently undergoing refurbishment and rebranding from Lancaster Gate Hotel.
You will greet guests, check in and check out, review bookings, handle invoicing and general front/back office tasks, with Opera PMS knowledge preferred.
Fullβtime role with flexible shifts including occasional night work, and full rights to work in the UK.
