Warehouse Technician & Production Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as event costings, booking crew & transport, and managing sub‑hire equipment
- Assist with warehouse operations, including prepping and maintaining audio, lighting, and video equipment
- Support live events with setup, de‑rigging, and technical operations
- Handle equipment hires, deliveries, and collections
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Work closely with clients, suppliers, and the internal team to ensure seamless event execution
What we\’re looking for
- Enthusiastic individual with a passion for audio, lighting, and video
- Detail‑oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in the event industry, with hands‑on knowledge of AV systems
- Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekends when needed
- Professional and proactive approach to customer service
- 25 or over with a full driving licence held for more than 1 year
