Overview

Remote | London; 3 days in-person meetings

This is not your average Account Manager role. You’ll be joining one of the UK’s most recognised property technology platforms, managing a portfolio of high-value developer and New Homes accounts across London. The patch is established, the relationships are warm, and the earning potential is proven. This role has become available due to a long-standing team member leaving after 3 successful years in the business. You’ll inherit a portfolio of strategic accounts whilst also proactively identifying growth opportunities across your territory. The environment is fast-paced, commercially driven and relationship-heavy. It suits someone who enjoys being out with clients, can confidently handle challenging conversations and genuinely takes ownership of their accounts. London is a complex market—developers can be demanding, commercially sharp and expect real value from their partners, so this role needs someone resilient, credible and able to confidently push back when needed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of c.30–40 developer and New Homes accounts
  • Building strong long-term relationships across your territory
  • Running regular account reviews using market data and commercial insights
  • Driving account growth, retention and additional revenue opportunities
  • Having commercially confident conversations around performance, ROI and value
  • Prospecting and identifying new opportunities across the region
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Managing a busy and fast-moving workload with strong organisation and prioritisation

What they’re looking for

This role is best suited to an experienced Account Manager who:

  • Has previously managed strategic or high-value accounts
  • Is commercially confident and comfortable pushing back when needed
  • Can handle difficult conversations professionally and constructively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced client-facing environment
  • Has strong resilience and ownership mentality
  • Is proactive rather than reactive
  • Enjoys building relationships but can still hold clients accountable
  • Has excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Is open to feedback and genuinely wants to keep improving

This is not a passive relationship management role.

They want someone with energy, hunger and ownership. Someone who can manage relationships properly whilst still spotting commercial opportunities and driving growth across their territory.

Why people enjoy this team

  • Strong earning potential with many people outperforming OTE
  • Supportive and high-performing culture
  • Excellent retention across the wider team
  • Genuine autonomy and ownership over your territory
  • Regular team socials, quarterly conferences and company events
  • Huge emphasis on growth, feedback and personal development
  • Joining one of the UK’s most recognised technology brands
  • Company car
  • Private medical insurance
  • Dental, optical & physio cash plan
  • Pension & life assurance
  • Enhanced family leave policies
  • Travel loans & Bike to Work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme

If you’re someone who enjoys relationship-led commercial sales, thrives in busy environments and knows how to balance strategic account management with resilience and ownership, this could be a brilliant next step.
