This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing field sales team across London’s restaurant market. You will be fully accountable for team performance, capability uplift, and execution standards. This is not an individual contributor role. Success is measured by how effectively you develop people, raise standards, and drive consistent over performance.
As the company scales, this role is designed to grow into UK Head of Field Sales, with responsibility expanding beyond London to a national footprint.
Who We Are Looking For - a proven field sales leader who:
- Has led a high-performing field sales team and understands what great looks like
- Can clearly demonstrate taking good field reps and developing them into top performers
- Leads through coaching, clarity, and accountability
- Has previous hands-on field sales experience, bringing credibility and strong commercial judgement
- Is comfortable supporting complex or strategic deals when required without carrying a personal quota
- Can assess existing sales processes and implement new frameworks that materially improve performance
- Sets the cultural and commercial tone for the wider field organisation

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field-based sales professionals
- Own team performance against monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify capability gaps and implement structured coaching plans
- Maintain high standards of in-field execution and sales discipline
- Support complex or high-value opportunities when appropriate
- Use data and insight to forecast, optimise territories, and improve conversion
- Build scalable frameworks in preparation for national expansion
Experience We Value
- 3+ years’ experience managing a field sales team of 5+ reps
- Background in B2B field sales within hospitality, SaaS, marketplace, or platform businesses
- Strong people leadership capability with evidence of sustained performance uplift
