About the Role:
The business has big growth plans—and your role will be key to making them happen. You’ll be joining as a strategic and confident seller, responsible for driving sales and growing the membership base. You’ll have a variety of Membership options to sell—Hot Desking, Club Membership, and Corporate Packages—and your day-to-day will include:
- Proactively targeting relevant businesses, groups, and individuals
- Working across social, email, phone, and face-to-face
- Thriving in customer-facing moments and being a natural closer
- Structuring deals creatively to match customer needs
- Being a natural networker and a key face of the brand
- Loving the thrill of hitting targets and growing the community

About You:
You’ve got 3+ years of sales experience and a track record of high performance. You care about community and believe in what the brand stands for. You’re organised and comfortable with CRM and tech tools. You love networking, touring and being face to face with members.
