Join a fast-scaling fintech making waves across Europe and recently launched in the UK. We are hiring on behalf of a disruptive startup that is revolutionising business payments and cash flow management for SMEs, Accountants, and Bookkeepers.
If you’ve sold directly to small business owners and have experience with fintech, payments, or accounting software, this is your chance to get in early with a well-funded company and make your mark.
What You’ll Be Doing- Prospect & qualify leads across a variety of industries using LinkedIn, outbound emails, and calls
- Engage directly with SME owners to understand their financial pain points and introduce our offering
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and accelerate deals
- Keep CRM systems sharp and up to date with your outreach and progress
- Share feedback with product and marketing to help fine-tune our go-to-market approach
- Stay current on fintech trends and the evolving needs of UK SMEs
- MUST have 1+ year in a sales role (ideally outbound SDR or BDR) NON NEGOTIABLE
- Proven experience selling into SMBs or SMEs, especially to founders or business owners
- Background in fintech, payments, or accounting software
- Driven, coachable, and ready to grow in a fast-paced startup
- Based in London – available to work 2–3 days per week from our Holborn office
- £40,000 base salary + £20,000 OTE
