About the Role:
As a Spanish-speaking Inbound Sales Executive, you will be joining a high-energy, high-performance sales team based in London. This role involves managing inbound enquiries from the Spanish region , primarily handling leads via phone and email. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound leads and responding to email queries from Spanish-speaking customers
- Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Closing sales by presenting the most appropriate options to each customer
- Exceeding targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
- Leveraging ongoing training and support to continuously improve and achieve success
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Proven success in a target-driven sales role (2+ years)
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound leads
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your day efficiently
- A team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced office environment
