About the Role:
The business has big plans-continuing its 100% YoY growth-and the SDR function will play a critical role in making that happen.
As a senior member of the sales function, you will work closely with the Founder, CRO, and Global Sales Leads to drive this mission forward.
We’re looking for an expert in Sales Development-someone who can step in and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop an existing team of 6 Enterprise-focused SDRs
Recruit top-tier talent as the team continues to grow
Deliver a world-class sales education for your team
Provide regular on- and off-the-floor training
Create an environment where great talent thrives
Ensure a seamless transition from SDR to high-performing AE
Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders while being the voice of the SDR function
Be a tech stack expert, ensuring tools are fully utilized for maximum ROI
