About the Role: As a Senior Inbound Account Executive, you’ll handle the most exciting inbound inquiries and take ownership of client relationships. Your mission is to transform ideas into reality by matching brands with the perfect spaces and managing relationships with landlords throughout the process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responding to and managing inbound brand inquiries.
  • Conducting in-depth discovery calls to understand clients’ goals and vision.
  • Delivering three tailored space recommendations per inquiry with a target of a 1/3 close rate.
  • Managing relationships between brands and landlords from start to finish.
  • Becoming an expert on London’s retail landscape and neighborhoods.
  • Hitting ambitious targets and KPIs.
