Important: This is NOT a new business sales role. This is not a traditional outbound sales or cold-calling position. They are specifically looking for someone who has worked in a genuine Partnerships, Ecosystem, Community, or Strategic Alliances role — ideally within hospitality tech, payments, fintech, workforce management, or employee benefits.
The ideal person understands how to build long-term strategic relationships that create:

The Role
You’ll be responsible for building and activating strategic partnerships across the hospitality ecosystem. This could include relationships with:
- POS providers
- Payments platforms
- Workforce management tools
- Employee benefits platforms
- Hospitality operators and groups
- Industry communities and networks
You’ll work closely with founders and leadership to turn partnerships into a scalable acquisition and brand channel.

- Identifying and securing strategic partnerships across hospitality tech
- Building relationships with businesses such as Sona, Toast, PayCaptain, and adjacent platforms
- Creating partnerships that drive inbound pipeline and commercial opportunities
- Launching joint events, campaigns, webinars, podcasts, and co-marketing initiatives
- Building referral and ecosystem partnerships that generate long-term value
- Managing and growing partner relationships over time
- Representing the business externally across events, networking sessions, and industry meet-ups
