Want to join a fintech business built specifically for high-growth subscription businesses? You will be helping subscription-focused brands maximise recurring revenue, improve customer acquisition, reduce churn and scale with ease.
The product allows brands to create fully bespoke billing experiences tailored around their customers — free trials, pauses, weekly, monthly or bi-monthly payments and orders. Through built-in customer recovery and smart tokenisation, the platform automatically updates expired or lost cards, massively reducing churn and stopping brands from losing customers through no fault of their own whilst removing the need and cost of customer win-back campaigns.
You will be joining a truly elite business/group with exceptional senior talent around you. A place where you will learn fast, get huge exposure and have the opportunity to genuinely shape and build the SDR function from the ground up.
- Booking a minimum of 10 qualified discovery meetings per month through outbound calls, email outreach and LinkedIn activity
- Building and refining targeted prospect lists whilst identifying high-intent accounts and key buying signals
- Keeping CRM data clean, organised and up to date at all times
- Testing and improving outbound messaging, sequences and CTA’s to maximise conversion rates
- Supporting the development of AI and agentic-led workflows to improve prospecting efficiency and targeting
- Feeding prospect and market insights back into the wider commercial team
1+ years experience within an SDR or outbound sales role
Payments, fintech or financial services experience is advantageous but not essential
Naturally confident building rapport and speaking with senior decision-makers
Highly organised with strong attention to detail across outreach, research and CRM management
