Your mission: spearhead the launch in France. You’ll take full ownership of building out the commercial and operational functions across the region, driving a strong and scalable go-to-market. This role is focused on two key areas:
- Winning new customers
- Building a high-performing aftermarket support network

What you’ll be doing:
- Own and execute the France go-to-market strategy
- Map the customer landscape and identify high-value service partners
- Run the full sales cycle (virtual + in-person): lead gen → prospecting → negotiation → proposals → close
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline across customers and partners
- Take ownership of your sectors and report progress clearly
- Hit OKRs, keep CRM clean and operate with discipline
- Work closely with the EU Aftermarket Manager to secure maintenance partners
- Create and deliver high-quality proposals to win trials and long-term deals
- Lead multi-million-pound negotiations with enterprise clients
- Build strong, lasting relationships across your market
- Be visible – events, industry, customers
- Partner with marketing to drive inbound and strengthen messaging
- Recruit, build and lead a high-performing team over time
- Stay close to the market – competitors, trends, opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent in French and English
- 3+ years enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding targets
- Experience operating as a Country/Regional leader or senior IC in new markets
- Proven track record of launching and scaling in new regions
- Strong commercial mindset with consistent revenue delivery
- Confident with CRM, reporting and sales processes
- Comfortable travelling across Europe
- Strong communicator and negotiator – able to influence senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with contracts, proposals and deal execution
