You will be joining the world’s leading marketplace for connecting brands with flexible short-term retail space — think Airbnb for Retail. Your team will help brands find the perfect space to launch activations, pop-ups and events that drive real impact. The platform dominates this space, having helped 2,000+ brands secure retail space across London, Paris and New York.

Your team will work with everyone from globally recognised brands such as Adidas, Chanel, Netflix and Spotify, through to exciting early-stage brands using physical retail space for the very first time. The business is experiencing significant growth and is now looking for a highly capable, high-energy and hands-on Sales Manager to lead the team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves coaching, leading from the front and still enjoys being actively involved in complex, high-value sales conversations.

  • Managing a team of 4 Inbound Sales Consultants
  • Running daily team meetings and performance reviews
  • Delivering regular group and 1-1 training sessions
  • Providing hands-on sales coaching daily
  • Driving repeat and increased bookings through consultative selling and relationship building

A proven Sales Manager with a track record of improving team performance. Experience thriving within a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
