You’ll partner with Commercial Property Agents who rely on the platform’s products, audience and market-leading insights to help sell and rent commercial spaces across the UK including offices, warehouses, retail units, industrial buildings, leisure spaces and land. The audience is huge, attracting over 43.9 million annual visitors, where 73% of the audience use the platform exclusively. This is a true market-leading platform delivering real ROI, visibility and commercial impact for its customers.

The role:

  • Managing a portfolio of high-value Commercial Property clients
  • Managing your own Essex patch and becoming the local market expert
  • 3 days out on patch meeting clients, 2 days working from home
  • Regularly conducting in-person QBRs and client meetings
  • Presenting performance insights, trends and growth opportunities to clients
  • Building relationships across phone, video and face-to-face meetings
  • Driving revenue growth through upselling, retention and new business
  • Owning the full sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Using performance data and insights to deliver real customer value
  • Becoming a trusted advisor within the Commercial Property market
  • Delivering training and support sessions to maximise customer success
  • Collaborating internally to share customer feedback and market insight
