We are exclusively working with a FTSE 100 Wealth Management firm that currently manages over £100 billion worth of funds while they have developed a brilliant programme that will rapidly fast‑track your progression. The programme consists of the following three stages:

Section 1: Internal Sales

This is a great way to get a real feel for the business/sector while taking your exams. Your role will consist of contacting high net‑worth individuals working off warm data with the aim to arrange a meeting with them and a qualified Financial Advisor.

Section 2: Trainee Advisor

Once you have passed your exams and progressed through the Internal Sales team you will become a Trainee Advisor, where you will be mentored by one of the business's top Financial Advisors. This role will allow you to shadow an Advisor permanently in order to ensure you hit the ground running when you progress to stage 3 (12 months average in the role).

Section 3: Qualified Financial Advisor

You will now be a fully qualified and capable Financial Advisor working purely off pre‑booked meetings in a role where no one has earned less than £150k in their first year.
