Backed by a very successful Private Equity firm and armed with a truly unrivalled product, they have huge plans for growth on an international scale and this is where the Sales Operations Manager will play a key role by:

  • Being the data expert by constantly reviewing data and sales performance
  • Researching new markets and nations to launch into
  • Perfecting the business's sales process, implementing best practice procedures and ensuring all sales teams work to the same structure
  • Focusing hugely on the onboarding of sales talent, determining what can and should be done better to ensure success
  • Building a clear, robust and ongoing sales training programme
  • Working very closely with the Sales Manager to ensure there is a consistent culture and management style across the business
  • Being the voice between Sales and Marketing to maximise performance and results
  • Responsible for selecting and implementing technology to boost sales performance

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be an experienced Sales Manager (5+ years)
  • Be superb at training, onboarding and coaching
  • Be very knowledgeable of Marketing/Tech solutions
  • Have exposure to Salesforce and HubSpot, which would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • Have exposure to SaaS, which would be highly advantageous but not essential
