Your role at Clorox:

  • General Admin and operational duties including:
    • Invoice Processing
    • Data Analytics
    • Retailer Activation

In this role, you will:

  • Invoice Processing (60%): Contribute to budget management by the timely processing of invoices for key accounts. Lead the month-end process for Reduced Revenue for Burt’s Bees and Ever Clean distributors. Attend the month-end Reduced Revenue meetings with Finance and Sales for Burt’s Bees and Ever Clean.
  • Data Analytics (20%): Support the Sales and Shopper Marketing team with ad hoc data requests e.g. Category & Competitor Reviews, Sales Performance Analysis, Digital Shelf Analysis, preparation for customer meetings.
  • Retailer Activation (20%): Working with an external designer utilize the shopper toolkits to create retailer specific activation assets for Burt’s Bees and Ever Clean.
  • Ad Hoc: Support the Sales Team with ad hoc operational duties e.g. Meeting room bookings, customer meeting logistics etc.

What we look for:

  • Years and Type of Experience: 2+ Experience in Retail Operations or Finance roles. Experience in multinational organizations with values similar to Clorox.
  • Education Level/Degree: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office Package Knowledge, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Managerial Skills and Abilities: Have an aptitude for organisation and administrative leadership. Able to work with little supervision. Ability to work cross functionally with a wide group of people from all levels. Confident, optimistic, can-do attitude and a team player. Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

The role is hybrid (2-3 days per week office based, remainder home based) based in Richmond.
