Your role at Clorox: The Team Executive Assistant position will provide a high level of support to the assigned AMEA leadership team members (FLT), as well as to maintain smooth running of the overall Clorox Europe Office, wherever possible and ad hoc duties. This position requires a self-starter candidate who enjoys variety, thrives to complete tasks, and has an eye for detail with a creative flare. Hybrid 4 days working in office.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support on the following administrative duties (70%):
    • Responsible for the support of the assigned AMEA leadership team members (FLT).
    • Organizing and arranging complex diary arrangements/management.
    • Arranging international travel, visas and accommodation including provision of itinerary where necessary.
    • Supporting the assigned AMEA leadership team members in preparation for meetings, this includes preparation notes and any other critical information.
    • Working with an internal network across various geographical areas.
    • Expenses management (Concur/SAP).
  • Ensure the following general office duties are carried out efficiently (30%):
    • Coordination of couriers and mail.
    • Responsible for ordering stationery, office equipment, kitchen-related orders, and catering for onsite meetings.
    • Act as main contact for service providers and negotiate for materials and services.
    • Maintain contract files/archives.
    • Screening of calls, enquiries and requests, and handling where appropriate.
    • Maintain relationship with Building Office Manager.

What we look for:

  • Years and Type of Experience:
    • Experience of diary management within international time zones and international travel coordination.
    • Experience within FMCG environment doing similar tasks.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Must be confident, assertive, high attention to detail, demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality where appropriate.
    • Good communication skills to liaise with all areas of the business and work constructively with a multitude of people across many cultures.
    • Critical thinking, excellent prioritization skills, flexible in a constantly changing environment.
    • Ability to use own initiative at all times.
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong decision making skills.
    • A positive ‘can do’ attitude is important as well as the ability to pick things up quickly, get on well with people and multi-task different projects.
    • Competent user knowledge of MS Office tools (ability to create and maintain files), Concur/SAP, Power BI.
  • Education Level/Degree: A Level/BTEC.
