The Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and commercial performance. This role translates business objectives into impactful brand strategies that increase demand, support sales, and strengthen competitive positioning across all channels.

In this role, you will:
- Translating brand strategy into commercial results: 35%
- Translate business objectives into brand plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and ROI targets
- Drive revenue growth by aligning brand initiatives with sales and go-to-market plans
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Trade Marketing teams to enable effective selling
- Lead product launches and portfolio initiatives to deliver incremental sales growth
- Develop and execute pricing, promotion, and channel strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Use data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify and unlock growth opportunities
- Challenge underperforming initiatives and optimize spend to maximize commercial impact
- Actively seek and evaluate alternative ways of providing support to drive key markets and customers
- Lead marketing execution: 30%
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns that increase demand, customer acquisition, and loyalty, supporting key markets/customers
- Ensure the 360° marketing plans for key initiatives & marketing campaigns across online & offline platforms to ensure they cut through and to build the credibility of brand and link closely to commercial execution and results
- Monitor closely brand awareness and equity and identify opportunities and drive the roadmap to address the gaps
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, pricing, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Track KPIs including market share, revenue contribution, brand equity, and campaign effectiveness
- Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, including assessing ROI and KPIs
- Manage all the activities within budget and monitor to drive efficiencies
- Partnerships and collaborations: 10%
- Seek for best partnerships opportunities broadening brand’s reach and relevance
- Collaborate with 3rd parties/partners to drive brand engagement and endorsement among professional bodies
- Collaboration within broader team: 35%
- Collaborate closely with Brand Engagement team on delivering most effective media and engagement plans that drive commercial result
- Collaborate with cross-functional team in best in class marketing plans/campaigns for the innovation launches
- Collaborate with Human Insights and Shopper Marketing on identifying best insights to drive growth
- Participate in defining and executing best commercial proposition e.g. support sales in sell-in decks, represent the brand in distributors meetings
