The Clive Arms, a historical country inn, with 17 spacious bedrooms and a quality restaurant, is located at the Ludlow Farmshop site, part of the Earl of Plymouth's Estate. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team, supporting all aspects of the kitchen operation.
Our restaurant is open from Wednesday through until Sunday each week, so a fixed rota is adopted, with days off being Monday and Tuesday each week. Split shifts are in operation also.
Duties will include all aspects of kitchen service, including preparation, cooking of dishes as the orders are placed and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. We offer seasonal dishes, which enables us to use ingredients directly from our farms.
