We’re looking for a warm, polished and highly organised Dental Receptionist to join our new private clinic in Barnes.
Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role — we want patients to receive the kind of attentive, personal experience you would expect from a five-star hotel.
We’re looking for someone with:
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Excellent IT skills
* Familiarity with dental practice software
* Confidence managing diaries, calls, emails, payments and patient enquiries
* A professional, proactive and calm approach
Private dental experience is preferred. Dental nursing experience or qualification would be a bonus, but is not essential.
