What You'll Be Doing
- Own and coordinate delivery across AI‑related workstreams, shaping them into coherent delivery plans
- Manage delivery plans across multiple teams, balancing priorities, dependencies and constraints
- Track delivery progress, risks and issues, acting as a central point of escalation
- Manage financials and commercials, including forecasting, tracking spend and supporting decision‑making
- Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for stakeholders
- Apply pragmatic agile and lean delivery practices suited to AI teams
- Maintain delivery momentum in fast‑moving and sometimes ambiguous environments
- Build strong working relationships across engineering, product, delivery and commercial teams
Your Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience working as a Delivery Manager (or equivalent) in AI or highly technical environments
- Around 2-3 years' experience delivering AI‑related or engineering‑led work
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Credible technical understanding, able to engage confidently with engineers and architects
- Experience managing financials, budgets or commercials within delivery contexts
- Confidence working across multiple teams and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
