The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong AI focus to support a pivotal phase of our client's technology and AI transformation. This is a mid-senior role offering the opportunity to work across a wide range of stakeholders, helping to shape meaningful change and ensure technology delivers positive outcomes for both the organisation and its people. You will play an important role in bringing together business, technology and delivery teams, helping them build shared understanding and confidence in how AI-enabled capabilities can support organisational goals. Rather than simply gathering requirements, you will help connect ideas, uncover opportunities and guide conversations that turn complexity into practical, achievable solutions. Working across strategy, change and delivery, you will facilitate collaboration, create clarity where ambiguity exists, and help stakeholders navigate evolving priorities. You will be encouraged to bring a curious mindset, ask thoughtful questions, and support teams in making informed decisions that balance innovation, value and organisational needs. What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Exploring business processes and ways of working to understand current challenges and opportunities
- Identifying and helping prioritise AI and data-driven improvement opportunities
- Facilitating workshops and discussions that encourage collaboration and shared understanding
- Mapping processes and translating insights into clear, meaningful recommendations
- Supporting the shaping and scoping of initiatives for delivery teams
- Helping ensure solutions meet user needs and deliver measurable business value
- Supporting organisations through change, from current ways of working to future AI-enabled capabilities
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, learning and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or in a similar change-focused role
- Strong process mapping, analysis and continuous improvement skills
- The ability to translate complex business challenges into clear and structured requirements
- Experience supporting technology, transformation, data or AI-related initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with empathy and curiosity
- A focus on delivering meaningful outcomes that create value for both organisations and their people
