We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Capital Equipment Applications Engineer for the Northern part of the UK to join an industry-leading manufacturer of specialist capital equipment and engineered solutions supplied into the utilities and industrial sectors.
The Role
Based from the company’s Head Office in Huddersfield, you will be a proactive and highly motivated individual, responsible for developing long-term project opportunities, generating new business and maintaining existing accounts throughout the north of England, Wales and Scotland.
PLEASE READ: This is not a high-volume transactional sales role. The position is focused on understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions through the selection and sizing of equipment from the company’s extensive product range. You will work closely with customers to identify the most suitable technical solution, managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to quotation, project award and ongoing support. The role will also involve site surveys, relationship development and project coordination.
