What you’ll be doing
As Maintenance Team Leader, you will play a hands‑on role in maintaining the smooth operation of our beautiful hotel.
From the guest rooms to the plant room, and everything in between, you’ll ensure the hotel is always running at its best.
You’ll lead by example, inspiring your team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance with precision and pride.
Whether it’s fixing a small issue or supporting larger projects, your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to creating a seamless and extraordinary guest experience.
- Supporting the Maintenance Manager in delivering a proactive maintenance program across the hotel.
- Leading and motivating the maintenance team to ensure work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Responding swiftly to maintenance requests, minimizing disruption to guest experiences.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure all areas meet health, safety, and legal standards.
- Assisting with cost control and supplier management to maintain a well‑functioning department.
