As Safety & Security Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, team members, and property. With a strategic focus and hands-on leadership, you’ll ensure that safety and security are seamlessly integrated into our hotel operations, supporting our mission to deliver extraordinary hospitality. You’ll take charge of developing and implementing robust safety and security protocols, managing risks proactively, and leading a team dedicated to protecting what matters most. Your work will ensure that every guest experience is not only exceptional but also safe and secure.
- Leading the Safety & Security function, including the recruitment, training, and development of your team.
- Designing and implementing effective safety and security procedures tailored to the hotel’s needs.
- Conducting risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and security.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and other departments to integrate safety into all aspects of hotel operations.
- Managing emergency situations with confidence and ensuring team readiness through regular drills and training.
- Monitoring and analyzing safety and security data to drive improvements and inform decision-making.
