Refresh and recharge in the heart of London's Charing Cross in our 4 star luxury hotel. This grand railway hotel is just a stone's throw from Trafalgar Square and the Strand. Enjoy the buzz of London's busy city streets, world class shopping and entertainment before returning to the peaceful haven of The Clermont Charing Cross.

The Role:

A day in the life of our F&B Manager requires heaps of energy and consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Working with an amazing team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all elements of the F&B Operation within the hotel, including breakfast service, bar and Starbucks service, a la carte lunch and dinner and all conference, banqueting and functions. You will have ultimate responsibility for recruitment, training and development of the team and will have accountability for engagement in your department. You will be working to budgets and will be expected to plan and forecast future sales and revenue, while keeping your eye on future trends and opportunities. You will also establish team targets, KRA's, comply with all Health and Safety, purchase goods, manage customer relations, nurture an ownership envinronment and work collaboratively and cohesively with the support functions to drive the strategic direction of all departments in delivering TAV revenues through to FY28.
