A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced Wills & Probate Fee Earner to join my clients team in their Preston offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a diverse caseload while delivering a high standard of legal advice in a supportive and professional environment.

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of private client matters, providing clear, sensitive, and practical advice to clients during often significant life events. Your caseload will include:

  • Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
  • Administering estates and handling probate matters from instruction to completion
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Managing Court of Protection applications and related matters
  • Drafting and advising on Deeds of Variation
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships through excellent client care

About You:

  • Solicitor, CILEX or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable experience across wills, probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, and Deeds of Variation
  • Strong technical knowledge of private client law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied caseload independently
  • A proactive and collaborative team player
