My client is seeking dynamic, commercially minded qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Waterlooville, Hampshire office. They have seen rapid growth across their offices since their inception thanks, in part, to their modern technology which helps streamline the conveyancing process and keep their clients fully updated throughout. They offer first class residential conveyancing services and are looking for like-minded individuals to join their successful team working at their well established office. My client are making a name for themselves as a player in the market with a fresh perspective.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Fully qualified solicitor / licensed conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing;
- Commercial Conveyancing experience a plus;
- Enthusiasm for the industry;
- Proactive and self-motivated;
- Strong customer service ability;
- Confident on the telephone and email;
- Commercially minded with a keen enthusiasm for increasing revenues;
- Happy to work as part of a team;
Your responsibilities will include handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, Re-mortgages, Right to buy and help to buy schemes. They would be looking for the successful applicant to assist with the development of less experienced colleagues and ultimately take responsibility for the team.
