Our client is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join their southern team of engineers based between Swindon and Reading. Main Responsibilities: * SLA-driven EPOS and IT support for Hospitality, Retail, and Healthcare outlets. * Diagnose and rectify issues with EPoS, networking, and networking devices. * Participate in project work including AV, Digital Signage, and Customer Rollouts. * Provide on-site support for EPoS, IT network/communications infrastructure, hardware, and software. Qualifications and Skills: * Strong understanding of EPoS systems and connectivity. * Networking diagnosis and troubleshooting skills. * Good fault-finding skills. * Customer-facing skills. * Cabling infrastructure experience (Cat5, Cat6, Wireless).
