Our client is recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-4 years PQE to join their team on a fully remote basis. The role involves managing a mixed caseload of personal injury matters while supporting the team in achieving operational and business objectives.
You will provide high-quality legal services to clients, managing files from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring cases progress efficiently and client care remains exceptional.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial client consultations and triage new enquiries
- Advise clients on all aspects of personal injury matters
- Manage a varied caseload and ensure timely file progression
- Negotiate settlements aligned with client objectives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development and networking to grow workflows
- Review and manage WIP, client funding, budgets, and fee earning targets
- Participate in team meetings and assist with debt collection as required
- Maintain well-organised, up-to-date files and ensure compliance with internal standards
