With 200+ professionals across Audit, Accounts, Tax and Advisory, they are recognised for their relationship-led approach, ambitious growth strategy, and award-winning culture. Following continued expansion, they are seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join their team based across Greater Manchester.

The Role

A client-facing, advisory-focused position managing a large personal tax portfolio, with responsibility for delivering both compliance and high-level tax planning support.

  • Manage a portfolio of circa 300–350 personal tax clients
  • Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Provide advice on personal tax matters including CGT, IHT, income tax, and residence/domicile
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and support clients in improving tax efficiency
  • Act as the main point of contact, building strong long-term client relationships
  • Support complex advisory work and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK tax legislation

About You

  • Strong experience in personal tax within practice
  • Proven ability to manage a large and varied client portfolio
  • Solid technical knowledge across key personal tax areas (CGT, IHT, income tax)
