The Role
You will primarily advise on Mental Capacity Welfare matters within the Court of Protection, alongside related Community Care and Judicial Review work where appropriate. The position involves working with vulnerable clients and their families, as well as professionals and public bodies, delivering high-quality legal advice in complex and sensitive matters.
- Managing Mental Capacity Welfare cases in the Court of Protection from instruction to conclusion
