A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my clients team in their Grantham offices on a hybrid basis. This role will play a pivotal role in the continued success of the Legal Services team. In addition to handling your own case load of files, you will be expected to provide support to other members of the team as well as play a key role in business development.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of Property matters
- Preparation and drafting of all documents in relation to property matters
- Being able to see a matter from the opening of a file to closure of a file
- To be able to work independently and confidentially
- To be prepared to travel as required to clients and other offices
- Following up new leads
- To contribute to the marketing of the Legal Services Team
- Providing legal advice and assistance to existing clients, whilst developing and establishing new clients
- Managing cases at a level of complexity appropriate to your level and experience and give guidance to others in the team
- Handling commercial and potential residential property transactions from the initial client contact through to completion, such as sale and purchase of commercial/residential freehold and leasehold premises, landlord and tenant matters, acquisition and sale of property for development, and acting for pension schemes.
