Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. My client is recruiting a Conveyancing Assistant for our busy high street practice in Aylesbury.

Ideal candidate:

  • While having previous Conveyancing experience is desirable and preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Will have a bright, warm and engaging personality with a positive attitude and be someone who is organised and calm under pressure.
  • Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous use of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to our Conveyancing Department dealing in all matters relating to residential and commercial conveyancing.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Typing from dictation.
  • Submitting of Land Registry and Stamp Duty Applications.
  • Diary management.
  • Meeting and greeting clients and other general office duties.
