Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven New Business Manager to lead our growth strategy by identifying, developing, and securing new commercial cleaning contracts across London and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales within the cleaning sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, tenders, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives

Key Requirements:
