We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Deep Clean Operative to join our team on a flexible basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out deep cleaning of hard floors in commercial premises.
- Operating professional floor cleaning machinery, including scrubber dryers, rotary machines, buffers, and polishers.
- Floor stripping, scrubbing, polishing, burnishing, and restoration works.
- Assessing floor conditions and selecting appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.
- Following health & safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring all machinery is used safely and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial floor deep cleaning.
- Confident operating professional floor cleaning machinery.
- Knowledge of different floor types and suitable cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Desirable
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in offices, retail units, hospitality venues, or commercial buildings.
- Experience with floor sealing, polishing, and specialist floor restoration services.
