The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Senior Project Manager to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking organisation. You’ll take ownership of multiple high-profile projects, leading them from concept to completion. Your leadership and expertise will ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest client satisfaction standards. The role will be office based during training with the option for hybrid working in the future. Must be able to easily commute to our Clients office in Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple mezzanine floor projects of varying size, value, and complexity.
- Control all stages of the project lifecycle — from initial order through to final handover.
- Monitor and manage project costs to maintain and improve profit margins.
- Review and value engineer project designs to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
- Champion best practice in health and safety across all project sites.
About You
- Proven success in Project Management — ideally within mezzanine floors, fit-out, or construction sectors.
- Experienced in managing projects ranging from £5k to £1m+.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent budgetary control skills.
- Solid understanding of CDM regulations and on-site health and safety practices (with relevant certifications).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong client-facing skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organised — able to work effectively under pressure.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and comfortable with travel as required.
Note: You must be able to demonstrate experience in successfully delivering large, complex projects on busy construction sites to tight deadlines, while maintaining positive client relationships.
