You could be working in a specialist school or provision to heighten your skillset and gain valuable experience working with ASD and Mental Health Needs within Education. Link Education are representing several Primary, Secondary and Specialist SEN Schools in Croydon and surrounding areas that are looking for SEN Teachers to start immediately.
The role will consist of working alongside students in their day-to-day school life, supporting learning and delivering national curriculum in the classroom, managing behaviours and working alongside the school’s team of specialists that include Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapist and Educational Psychologists.
- SEN Teacher (QTS or Unqualified with experience)
- Working in Croydon.
- 08:30 – 15:30 working day.
- Full time, Monday to Friday.
- £38,766 - £50,288
- Permanent contracts through the school available.
- April Start.
A keen interest and willingness to work with challenging behaviour and SEN.
QTS is preferable.
Prior experience with SEN is preferred but not essential.
Reliably commutable to the Croydon area.
Possess a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to acquire one.
