The Classroom Experts are working with a secondary specialist SEN school in Coulsdon, seeking caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their team.
About the role:
- Work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), SEMH needs, and other Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Be part of a supportive, friendly, and passionate team.
- Full-time or permanent contracts. You will be paid by the school.

Role Details:
- Location: Coulsdon, Surrey
- Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
- Salary: £21,000- £23,000 DOE
- Start Date: ASAP
Daily Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils to help them access the curriculum.
- Implement positive behaviour strategies in line with school policy.
- Collaborate with SEN specialists, including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Educational Psychologists.
- Adapt activities and resources to suit children with diverse abilities and learning styles.
