About the role:

  • Work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), SEMH needs, and other Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Be part of a supportive, friendly, and passionate team.
  • Full-time or permanent contracts. You will be paid by the school.

  • Hours: 08:30 – 15:30

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils to help them access the curriculum.
  • Implement positive behaviour strategies in line with school policy.
  • Collaborate with SEN specialists, including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Educational Psychologists.
  • Adapt activities and resources to suit children with diverse abilities and learning styles.
