Responsibilities
- Lead from the front, supporting the team and managing shift(s)
- Cashing up, running end of day and keeping financials tip‑top
- Serving drinks quickly and confidently in a high‑volume environment
- Creating an atmosphere – not just pouring pints
- Handling busy late‑night shifts with composure
- Supporting private hires and large group bookings
