The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Trenchless Lining Team Leader to lead a team delivering trenchless sewer maintenance and repairs across the Anglian Water wastewater network. You’ll take responsibility for all aspects of site setup and trenchless works, while ensuring safety, quality and compliance. You’ll coordinate with site supervisors and help drive productivity, supporting the performance and development of your team.
Here are some of the activities you’ll be involved in:
- Leading trenchless works (CIPP, patching, enabling) on planned and reactive sites
- Coordinating site setup, plant, materials, and traffic management
- Monitoring quality and ensuring safe working practices across the team
- Managing customer interactions professionally and in line with procedures
- Coaching and mentoring operatives
