The Role…
We\’re looking for a Trenchless Site Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of trenchless (CIPP) projects and Proactive Parcels across our Anglian Water framework. You will lead by example fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
You\’ll manage a team of supervisors and gangers, working closely with planners and programme teams to coordinate delivery, resources, and compliance across multiple wastewater sites.
Here are some of the activities you\’ll be involved in…
- Leading safe, efficient delivery of trenchless and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Supporting and mentoring site teams to meet compliance and performance targets.
- Ensuring CDM obligations, health, safety and environmental standards are met.
- Engaging with stakeholders to resolve issues and align delivery expectations.
- Promoting innovation and the use of digital tools to improve project outcomes.
- Managing site documentation, material compliance, and audit requirements.
